Hey everyone! I am bored- well not bored because i have a poopy baby on my lap and a little boy tugging at my sleeve, but just needed to do something fun! Annie is growing bigger every day. She does not stop eating, which i guess is good and bad for me. Luke seems to be adjusting well...except for the 5 times he bit her, the time that he picked her up and attempted to carry her across the room, when he put tape in her mouth, and this morning when he unscrewed the toothpaste and put it in her mouth like a binky to stop her crying. oh dear! it's a wonder she is alive at the end of the day. Where am I during these times, you ask? it was usually the one time of the day I got a break to go to the bathroom! I have learned from these experiences to never leave him alone with her, no matter how much he seems to love her! (a little TOO much). Annie is a pretty good sleeper. She has given me a couple 8 hour nights, but mostly she just wakes up once or twice. I am getting the hang of all this, but still need to master getting other things done besides keeping them alive(like showering and eating). Eventually I will be back to normal life! Chet is being more patient than me at times, he is great! He works all day then comes home asking what he can do for me (which is usually deal with the crabby 2-year-old!) well, we are going to try and post more often now a days (melissa- that was for you!) so keep a look out. love you all!

Your life sounds too much like mine these days. I really love the picture of Luke with his finger up his nose...maybe looking for something else to put into Annie's mouth!
Thanks for the post! :) Glad to hear what's going on with you guys--life with two kids seems like an adventure! :)
Annie looks like Luke but not at the same time- what do you guys think?
Well keep up the posting it's a fun release when you get a minute, and it's like an easier way to scrapbook.
p.s did you get the headband's I sent for Annie?
I think the same...a little of luke in her but her own girl at the same time! ya, it seems to be pretty fun, this whole blogging thing. :-) I have not received the headbands, but thank you!!! We have moved out, so they are probably just sitting at their house waiting! thank you so much!
I used to take Elsie to the bathroom with me cause I was afraid of what Brennan might do while I was gone. It takes a few months before you really get into the rhythm of having a new baby around. It's still hard, but it's normal so you stop thinking of it as hard anymore. But, I have to agree that blogging is a really fun way to just feel connected to the world out there when you are nowhere near it.
Mara, she looks so much like you!!
